Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an effective form of self-defense made famous by the Gracie family in early UFC events. Jiu-Jitsu foundationally is a submission grappling style based around technique and leverage. The fundamental principle is to allow a smaller person to overcome a larger stronger opponent.

Our Jiu-Jitsu classes are a great way to improve your fitness, lose weight and gain self confidence. These Jiu-Jitsu skills enable people of all ages to defend themselves in case a life-threatening situation arises. More importantly, it allows those that train to be able to effectively control another in a self-defense situation, without seriously damaging them. All while keeping yourself safe and protected. No previous experience is required before starting BJJ as the system is adapted to the student’s personal capabilities.

We have Gi & No-Gi classes throughout the week available for ALL levels. If you do not own a Gi, we have Gi's here in house, that we insure are washed after every use.
