Our Fitness Instructors have years and years of experience that they bring to the table each and every class. In these classes you will experience an atmosphere that is encouraging but challenging. We have top of the line of equipment that help us create these movements!
Although these classes can help you reach your personal fitness goals, they were designed to co-exist with our combat classes. We believe that the more we train mobility and strength, the more we can mitigate potential injury. We want to help you stay healthy and strong!

5 days a week we have our Kickboxing Fit classes! If you are looking for a great class for conditioning, or even just a starter class with us, this is the one!
Our instructors program a class to fit within the hour scheduled time to give you a high intensity workout. They combine heavy-bag work with body weight movement to keep your heart rate up while you're working.
These classes are designed to help condition you for our Krav & Muay Thai classes but can as an individual class for you. Our instructors assist every member with their form to help set them up for the best hour of their day!
